Berries should be your best friend. Just as a good friend would do, berries will support you and make you feel great everyday. All berries are good for you and magically powerful in their own way.
Put these berries on your list of foods to eat every day to keep your heart healthy, prevent cancer, and slow the aging process:
- Acai: High in anthocyanins similar to what is in red wine. This powerful berry is 10 times stronger than a grape. Known for lowering cholesterol and keeping your heart healthy.
- Blackberries: High levels of vitamin C, E, ellagic acid, and pectin for fiber.
- Blueberries: Neutralize free radicals and high in phytonutrients making it an outstanding berry to prevent cancer, heart disease and slow the aging process. Eat daily to improve your memory and break down fat in your body.
