I am a beekeeper and a honey hound! I produce, pack and distribute my own honeys. I also pack and distribute other honeys from beekeepers that I know and trust in the U.S. All of these honeys are natural, cold filtered and raw. Thus, all the benefits of the honeys (pollen, enzymes, minerals and of course, the sugars) are present. Each honey is different and every year that varietal can be different.
