Sanibel’s was a brainstorm of our owners Kathleen Kropp and her daughter Kimberly Freund. They both have a past history of the restaurant business and longed to return. When this opportunity came up they jumped.
Kathleen is driven by the desire, with their businesses, that they are built on the foundation that customer service is premium in hospitality. We aim to serve quality ingredients and consistent creative cuisine to make our customers happy for a return visit.
Our Chef, Tracy Owes along with Darius Evans have put together a delectable Coastal American cuisine menu. We aim to use the freshest of local ingredients, from fresh local seafood, and local farm to table produce.
